As a data consultant at Valcon, I worked for several clients on different data challenges. Starting at Valcon, I participated in an 8-week training program on all the data services we provided. In a comprehensive view, I learned with practical cases the foundation of data engineering, data analysis, business analysis, data visualization, and data architecture. Worked for several clients on data visualization, data engineering, data quality, data modeling, and data architecture in the roles of data analyst, data engineer, and front-end engineer. During client projects, I did an internal project as well. This project was relation to carbon emission accounting. Me and two other colleagues build a data solution for internal usage. We managed to present the project to several (international) managing partners. We highlighted the commercial potential of our solution and discussed potential client projects. Tools used: Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL Database, SQL Server Management Studio, Databricks, SQL, SAS Visual Analytics, SAS Enterprise Guide.

As a digital marketing agency, Muntz wanted to have better insights into the sales performance of their projects and clients. To do so, I offered to analyze the data from their sources, discover the client’s needs, and build a Microsoft Power BI solution that gives them smart insights. Now, the agency knows what to focus on, and how to improve project performance. In collaboration with the client, it was my responsibility to build the solution.

During this internship, I was responsible for initiating research on how the organization could help its clients with its digital solutions towards sustainability. My task was to coordinate between the directors of the organization’s subsidiaries, a third party specialized in sustainable business, employees who would interact with clients, and the directors of the organization.

Responsible for the analysis, visualization, and reporting of business data generated by different systems. Working in a small team requires tight and quick communication. Working constantly with an external party for the delivery, structuring, and transformation of the data required for reporting.

Responsible for the analysis, visualization, and reporting of business data (sales, purchasing, processes, production, etc.) generated by different systems. Specialized in developing interactive and user- friendly dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI. Direct cooperation with customers, project managers, and BI consultants.

Responsible for entering and checking texts, images, and product data in various CMSs, PIM systems, and e-commerce websites. Direct coordination with (international) customers, project managers, and programmers of the employer. Communication in both Dutch and English.
